Greg Hulsey, PT, DPT, ATC, LAT, ACI

Dr Greg Hulsey, dually licensed as a Physical Therapist and an Athletic Trainer, is the Founder, President, and Administrator of Hulsey Therapy Services, PC.

Dr Hulsey received his Bachelor's of Science degree from East Texas State University in Biological Sciences. In 1989.  He then went to  U.T. Southwestern Medical School in Dallas to obtain his degree in Physical Therapy. He competed further clinical studies through AT Stills University/Arizona School of Health Sciences, and has earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). Some of Dr Hulsey's areas of specialties include sports medicine and orthopedics. He has completed advanced training in manual spine manipulative therapy by the Spinal Manipulation Institute.  He also currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Texas A&M University-Commerce as well as helping teach in the Athletic Training curriculum. Dr Hulsey has been the  Team Physical Therapist for Texas A&M University-Commerce since 1992.

Dr Hulsey stays very active in the community. He has been a Board-of-Director for the Commerce Chamber of Commerce, on the Planning and Zoning Board for the City of Commerce, Past Committee Chairman for the Local Boy Scouts of America, Past President of the local Lions Club, Past President of the local County Club.  He holds a Brown Belt rank in TaeKwonDo, an avid golfer, poker player, and is an active member at his Church.

Dr Hulsey and his wife, Alicia, are the proud parents of 2 adult sons.

Keith Stroud, PT
Physical Therapist, Commerce Facility Director.
 

Keith serves as Facility Director of the Commerce Facility. He graduated with his Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center of Dallas School of Physical Therapy in 1988. Keith also serves as the facility's Clinical Instructor for students who come to this facility for their internships. He has completed advanced training in manual spine manipulative therapy by the Spinal Manipulation Institute.

Keith and wife Rori are the proud parents of two children, one son and one daughter.

Blake Randle, PT, DPT, CES
Physical Therapist, Greenville Facility Director 

Dr Randle, a Physical Therapist, graduated in 2000 from Texas A&M University - Commerce with a B.S. in Biological Sciences. He then earned a Master's degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2003 in Physical Therapy. He then competed further clinical studies through AT Stills University/Arizona School of Health Sciences, and has earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT). He has completed advanced training in manual spine manipulative therapy by the Spinal Manipulation Institute.

Dr Randle is the Clinical Director of Hulsey Therapy Services, PC in Greenville Texas.

Dr Randle and his wife, Bree, are the proud parents of three children, one son and two daughter.

Kyle Power, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

Dr Power, a Physical Therapist, graduated in 2009 from Texas A&M University - Commerce with a B.S. in Biological Sciences.  He then went on to graduate with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Tech University Health Science Center in 2012 (DPT).

Dr Quattlebaum, a Physical Therapist,  with his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Harding University in 2014 (DPT).

Dr Quattlebaum is married to Brittani, and are the proud parents of a new bady boy

Jennifer Moss, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Jennifer graduated from North Texas Community College with a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant Dec 2010.

Jennifer and husband David are the proud parents of a  girl.

Lindsay Glossup, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Lindsay graduated from North Texas Community College with a degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant Dec 2008.

Lindsay is married to Jeremy and are the proud parents of a baby girl 

Jeff Thomason, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist

Jeff graduated with his Bachelor's degree in 2007 from Oklahoma Christian University. He then went on to receive his Masters Degree in  Occupational Therapy from Governors State University in 2012.  Jeff has  an interest in sports medicine and orthopedics. He plans to further  advance his clinical skills by pursuing a Specialty Certification in  Hand Therapy.

 Jeff and his wife Carolyn are the proud parents of two daughters.

Dr Ashley, a Physical Therapist,  with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Harding University in 2016 (DPT). 

Dr Ashley is married to Dr Travis Ashley.  

Jordan Lennon, BS, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant

Jordan graduated from Texas A&M University with his BS in Health Sciences, Dec 2013.  He then went on to Physical Therapy Assistant School at San Jacinto College in Houston Texas and Graduated May 2016.
